The layout is a cozy studio configuration featuring one queen bed built-in by the window and one bathroom. Perfectly designed for a couple's getaway, the space provides a relaxing atmosphere to recharge after a day of exploring.

• Entertainment & Work: Wifi, HDTV with Netflix, Roku, standard cable, and a dedicated workspace
• Comfort: Central air conditioning, central heating, and a wood-burning indoor fireplace (available October 1 through March 31)
• Bathroom: Bathtub, shower gel, shampoo, body soap, hair dryer, and hot water

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Not allowed
• Accessibility: This unit is located on the 2nd of 3 floors. There are no elevators in the building or complex, so guests must be mobile enough to use stairs.
• Important Note: The Summit complex is currently undergoing exterior improvements. Construction sounds may occur during standard business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
