Rental Agreement and Rules Checkin:

• Checkin time begins at 4PM local time and is open anytime after.
• The guest is responsible for navigating to the destination. Be sure to account for time of day, weather and terrain.
• The guest is responsible for using the provided keypad code to open the front door to begin the stay.
• The guest will communicate any concerns, issues not limited to security, cleanliness upon arrival and during the stay.

Supplies:

• The cabin is stocked with many items including starter supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. The guest is responsible for stocking supplies beyond the initial supply.

House Rules: The guests of the booking must agree to all rules below.

• The Number of Guests must follow the maximum advertised which INCLUDES children and babies.

• No Smoking. Any smoke damage will result in claims made on the deposit.

• Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars could be towed and fees are the responsibility of the vehicle owner. The manager and owner are not responsible for any damages from humans, bears or nature.

• Hot Tub: Use at guest’s own risk and be aware of any health risks. No one under 18 years old is allowed without adult supervision. The housekeepers drain, sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in all tubs prior to guest arrival; therefore, it may not be warm until later that evening. Please keep cover on to maintain temperature when not in use.

• Fireplace: Guest must follow all the following and posted rules for use of a fireplace. For wood burning fireplaces, do not use liquid or gel starter. Use dry tinder and request help from the manager as needed. Please do not put anything except firewood into the fireplace. For gas fireplaces, do NOT turn off the pilot or the guest may be charged for relighting. Guest is also responsible for any smoke damage caused by an excessive or mismanaged fire.

• Water and Septic: Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If improper items have been flushed and clog the septic system, guest will be responsible for any plumbing charges.

• Surroundings: No hunting. No fireworks.

• Weather: No refunds will be given for weather or storms. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. We recommend a four-wheel drive vehicle during the snow months. We do not refund due to road conditions.

• Damages: Any damage to any items in the cabin (including furniture, TVs, electronics, hot tub, bedding, etc) is the responsibility of the renter. All items will be looked at before check-in and after check-out. If there is damage, please notify the owner immediately.
