The master bedroom offers a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a beachy-themed tub and shower combination. The second bedroom also features a queen size bed and its own ensuite bathroom, complete with a small walk-in shower and generous closet space accented with tropical and tribal themes.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. Relax on the covered front porch, a wonderful setting for sipping lemonade and chatting with neighbors. For a more private experience, follow the spiral staircase through the courtyard to the rooftop deck. • Maximum Occupancy: 3 guests (Firm)
• Restrictions: No children allowed (Firm) and no pets allowed
• Minimum age to book: 25
• Parking: Please park in the front of the duplex on the right-hand side (left-hand side is reserved for a long-term tenant)
• Linens are provided
• Travel insurance is strongly advised as refunds or rescheduling are not offered for inclement weather, tropical storms, or hurricanes
