Designed for groups and families, the home features 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The upper level consists of three bedrooms with spacious closet space: one featuring a queen and twin bed with a smart TV, a second with a queen bed and smart TV, and a third with a twin bed and access to a private upstairs balcony. A full bathroom with a shower/tub serves the upstairs area.

The main floor is dedicated to relaxation and gathering, boasting a spacious family room with a smart TV and Paramount+ access, a formal dining room, and a fully-equipped kitchen stocked with cooking basics and various appliances. Guests can enjoy seamless indoor-outdoor living with access to both the front and back yards, including a large backyard with a deck. For additional entertainment, the finished side of the basement offers a sports-themed lounge with a foosball table and a foldable twin bed, while the unfinished side contains a full laundry suite with supplies provided.

Fairview Park is a hidden gem on the West Side of Cleveland, known as a family-friendly suburb with great character and easy access to Metroparks and local dining. The Westgate Shopping Center is located just a mile away, offering dozens of eateries and stores to make errands a breeze. While a car is most convenient, the bus system at Westgate Town Center provides a reliable connection to downtown and the airport.

• No parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted on the property. Violations result in immediate eviction without refund and possible extra cleanup fees ($25-$45/hour).

• 2-night minimum stay required.
• Quiet hours are observed from 11 PM to 7 AM.
• All guests must have a complete profile with verified ID and a profile picture.
• All guests must be included in the reservation; no unauthorized guests are permitted.
• Early check-in or late check-out (up to 2 hours) is available for $25/hour with 24-hour notice.
• Please report all property damages immediately. A $100 charge applies for uncleaned vomit or blood.
• The garage, basement bathroom, and all fireplaces are non-functional.
