The Edison features a thoughtful split floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The main suite opens directly to the pool area and boasts a large spa-like bathroom with whirlpool tub, his and her sinks, and a walk-in shower with body jets. The remaining two bedrooms each feature queen beds with private bathrooms and TVs, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.

Location & Neighborhood: The Edison sits in an ideal location just steps from the Fort Myers Country Club, where you can enjoy golf, dining, and live music while watching sunsets over the golf course. You're perfectly positioned near historic Edison Estates, shopping centers, downtown Fort Myers, and the vibrant river district with excellent restaurants. The property is only 15 miles from three of the top 10 beaches in the US: Sanibel, Captiva, Lovers Key State Park, and Fort Myers Beach.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM. The base rate includes up to 4 guests, with additional guests beyond the 4th incurring a $20 per night fee. Pets are welcome with a $150 plus tax non-refundable pet fee. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Long-term stays are permitted, and the rental includes a $75 per week electricity allowance with overages charged at $0.15 per kWh.
