Turtle Cay comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across four thoughtfully appointed bedrooms: one king bedroom, two queen bedrooms, and one bedroom with two twin beds. The split floor plan includes 2 full bathrooms, ensuring comfort and convenience for extended families or groups.

Upon entering, you'll discover a formal living room connecting to the dining area with pool views, while the family living room provides a perfect space to kick back and relax. The fully equipped kitchen sits at the center of the home, offering views of the pool and lanai area.

With a plethora of restaurants, nature reserves, and nearby beach towns, this location offers activities to suit every guest.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM. The base rate includes up to 4 guests, with additional guests beyond the 4th incurring a fee of $20 per night. The rental includes a $75 per week electricity allowance, with overages charged at $0.15 per kWh. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Long-term stays are welcomed.
