Sleeping Arrangements This guest house accommodates up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Upstairs, you will find spacious bedrooms featuring comfortable, memory foam Queen-sized beds and dreamy Florida Beach decor. For additional flexibility, the living room couch serves as a queen pull out bed.

Location & Neighborhood Located in the bohemian nook of Seminole Heights, also known as the foodie district, this home is surrounded by cobblestone streets, vintage shops, galleries, and trendy coffee shops. You are just a short walk from the local favorites on Florida Ave. A quick 5-10 minute drive or Uber ride connects you to Downtown Tampa, Hyde Park, Armature Works, Busch Gardens, the Tampa International Airport, and the Aquarium.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Guests enter via a personal smart lock code. As this is a tropical environment, occasional insects may be encountered. Please note that bedrooms are located on the second story.

House Rules:

• Pets are allowed but must stay off all furniture
• No smoking inside; evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fee
• No parties or events
• Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Shared laundry facilities should be used between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM
• Unauthorized late checkouts will incur a $100 fee
