The guest bedroom provides a comfortable queen-size bed and convenient access to the second full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The open-concept living and dining area is furnished with comfortable leather pieces, including a relaxing recliner, and features floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that keep the waterfront views front and center. For entertaining, the space includes a bar cart, a dining table for four, and a Smart TV. The fully equipped galley kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, abundant counter space, and a Keurig coffee maker. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that this is a non-smoking property and pets are not permitted. The minimum age to book is 25. Due to HOA requirements, reservations with an arrival date less than 15 days from booking cannot be accepted as the association requires 10–15 days for application approval. Please be aware that tennis and pickleball courts are currently closed for restoration.
