• Hot Tub Note: For health and safety, hot tubs are sanitized between stays and may take additional time to reach optimal temperature on the first night.
• Cancellation: 100% refund if canceled 14+ days prior; 50% refund if canceled 7-14 days prior; no refund within 7 days of arrival.
