Located on the intracoastal side of Clearwater Beach on East Shore Drive, the property is nestled in a vibrant beachside neighborhood. Cafes, restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, and boutique stores are all right there, making the entire area wonderfully walkable.

Practical Information & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to check in, per mandatory HOA policy. A digital rental agreement, legal ID, and verification selfie must be completed prior to arrival. Each reservation is limited to one vehicle and one parking space; a parking pass must be displayed on the dashboard. Please note that pets are not allowed, and smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the rental. A damage waiver is included in the resort fee, covering up to $500 in accidental damage. Guests should be aware that the bottom units of the resort are currently under construction through September 30, 2025, which may result in daytime noise and debris in common areas.
