Location & Neighborhood: Situated in an updated and accessible location, the Lofts on High place you in the heart of the university's north side. The property is located directly across the street from Ohio State University's campus and is just steps away from "The Shoe," providing unparalleled accessibility to campus facilities. This makes it an ideal choice for students, as well as travel nurses and medical professionals, due to the close proximity to the college's medical centers and local hospitals.

Practical Info & Rules: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. Guests should be aware that the building operates on a shared water system; due to the plumbing design, it may take 15–30 minutes of running the tap for hot water to reach the unit. This is a normal characteristic of the building's structure and not a malfunction.

Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, provided the check-in date is at least 14 days away. A 50% refund applies for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds are issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled stay.
