The property is dog-friendly, allowing one dog for a fee of $125 per stay; please note that dogs must be crate-trained and cats are not permitted. Be aware that the backyard is a shared space where you may meet fellow travelers. To ensure a secure stay, the primary guest may be asked to complete a verification process within 48 hours of booking and sign a Rental Agreement prior to arrival.
