This spacious residence features 4 bedrooms and 4 beds, with 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. The sleeping arrangements include an oversized Owners Suite with a King sized bed, a built-in desk, and a private ensuite bathroom boasting a tiled walk-in shower and soaking bathtub. The Master Bedroom features a Queen sized bed and a private ensuite with a large walk-in closet. Two additional guest rooms each offer a Queen bed and walk-in closets, sharing a Jack and Jill style bathroom with double sinks. For extra guests, a full-sized pullout couch is available in the living room.

Designed for both work and play, the home is equipped with two designated office areas for those working remotely. Entertainment is central to the experience, with a game room featuring a pool table, dart board, and board games. A theater-style sound system allows you to stream music via Bluetooth throughout the entire house and out onto the patio.

Step outside to the oversized, covered entertainment patio, a true desert oasis where you can enjoy incredible sunset views and spot local hot air balloons. This outdoor space is equipped with a wet bar, Traeger and Blackstone grills, a 65” outdoor TV, and a beautifully landscaped pool (please note the pool is not heated or gated).

Located in North Phoenix, the retreat is a short drive from the eclectic shopping and nightlife of Cave Creek, as well as the Phoenix Sonoran Desert Preserve, Apache Wash Trailhead, and Cave Creek Regional Park. It also serves as a convenient base for annual events like the Waste Management Open and MLB Spring Training.

• Parking: Driveway accommodates up to 8 vehicles; no overnight street parking or garage access
• House Rules: No pets, no smoking or vaping (fines apply), and no loud parties or large gatherings
• Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM (with a strict noise ordinance from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM)
• Additional: Guests must complete a registration form prior to check-in. Stays of 30+ days may require an Arizona lease and are subject to a $450 utility cap.
