The sleeping arrangements include one bedroom with a king bed, a futon in the living room that sleeps one, and a twin roll-out cot conveniently stored in the closet. The layout is completed by one bathroom, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests.

To ensure a pleasant environment for all, please adhere to the following policies. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM; late check-outs incur a fee of $75 per hour. All suites are strictly smoke-free, including balconies and common areas, with violations resulting in immediate termination and fees starting at $500. Parties are prohibited, and quiet hours are observed from 9pm to 8am, monitored by decibel sensors.

We are pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs (40lbs combined weight), excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, or similar breeds. A separate pet fee of $100-300 applies based on stay length, and all pets must remain leashed on the property. Additional rules include a minimum booking age of 22, a prohibition on weapons and drugs, and a requirement for a valid government-issued photo ID and verification portal clearance. A $150 security hold or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver is required for all stays.
