In the main house, the ground level features a king bedroom and a room with two queen beds, both with ensuite full baths. The second level offers a king bedroom, a room with two king beds, and a shared hallway bathroom. The third story is dedicated entirely to the primary suite, featuring a king bed, ensuite full bath, and a private laundry room. The guest house provides additional versatility with a room featuring queen bunk beds, two separate king bedrooms, and a living room with a queen pullout sofa, supported by two shared hallway bathrooms.

Practical Information: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Pets are welcome with a fee of US$250 per pet (maximum 2 pets). A pool heat fee of US$150 per day applies. Please note that per Scottsdale city ordinance, short-term rentals shall not be used for parties or events, and occupancy is limited to six adults and their dependents. Activities and excursions are available for an extra cost with advance notice.
