The sleeping arrangements include a master bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom, a second bedroom with a king bed, and a dedicated bunk room featuring twin-over-twin beds and a barn door for added privacy. For additional guests, the living area is equipped with both a queen sleeper sofa and a twin sleeper sofa.

While the condo itself provides a serene escape with a well-appointed full-service kitchen and three smart TVs, the resort experience is truly extraordinary. Guests enjoy access to high-end amenities including:

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that guests must be at least 18+ to rent this unit. Pets are not allowed. There is a mandatory one-time Laketown Wharf Resort fee (approximately $90-$103 plus tax) paid directly to the resort, which covers mandatory smart-technology wristbands and parking for two vehicles. If additional parking is needed, a paid city lot is available nearby via the Passport Parking app. Replacement wristbands incur a $100 fee. A starter kit with basic laundry and bath supplies is provided upon arrival.
