For additional sleeping space, the living room includes a large sectional with a queen-size sleeper sofa.

This retreat is fully equipped for easy family beach days, featuring a full kitchen with cookware, dishes, and appliances, alongside a dining table for four and additional seating at the kitchen island. For your convenience, the unit includes a washer and dryer, fast high-speed internet for streaming or remote work, and Smart TVs for your favorite entertainment.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Parking is limited to a maximum of 2 vehicles.

Guest Requirements: Reservations must be made by someone 21 years or older; those 18+ require special permission from the Property Manager. Pets are not allowed. Starter supplies are provided, including travel-size bath items, dishwasher pods, laundry powder, one paper towel roll, and two toilet paper rolls per bathroom.
