This spacious 936-square-foot condo is designed for comfort and versatility, accommodating up to 6 guests. The layout features 1 bedroom with a King-size bed and a dedicated sitting area, complemented by a bunk area with two bunk beds for additional guests. With 2 bathrooms, including a separate vanity, the space ensures everyone has room to prepare for a day in the sun.

Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen featuring a breakfast bar, a dedicated dining area for family meals, and a roomy living room anchored by a large 75-inch Smart TV (please bring your own streaming accounts). For your convenience, the unit includes an in-unit washer and dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Step outside to the private balcony with seating for four to take in the salt air, or spend your days alternating between the beachfront lagoon pool and the indoor pool. The resort provides direct access to the pristine white-sand beach, ensuring you are never more than a few steps from the water.

Resort Registration: A mandatory $85 fee per reservation is paid separately to Shores of Panama. This covers one parking pass, wristbands, and resort amenity access. Only one vehicle is permitted.
Registration Process: A registration link is emailed approximately one week before arrival. After online payment, guests must visit the ground-floor lobby front desk to collect parking passes and wristbands.
Age Requirement: Guests 21 and older may reserve this condo. Those 18+ require special permission from the Property Manager to book.
Starter Supplies: Included items are a dishwasher pod, laundry powder, one paper towel roll, travel-size bath items, and two toilet paper rolls per bathroom.
Note: Exterior construction noise may occur during standard daytime work hours.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in begins at 4:00PM. Due to our high cleaning standards and peak season check-in days (especially Saturdays), some condominiums may need a little extra cleaning time and check-in may be delayed. We appreciate your patience as we prepare for your stay. On the other hand, if the unit is cleaned upon arrival and you are early, you may occupy the unit at no additional charge. This must be OK’d through PCB Beach Life Vacation Rentals Getaways prior to your arrival. Check-out is at 10:00AM. Failure to comply may result in a late check-out fee as much as an additional nightly rental charge.

DEPARTURE RESPONSIBILITIES: Please leave the condominium reasonably clean and in damage free order. Additional cleaning charges may apply if the unit is not left in reasonable order. In order to leave the condo in reasonable order please start the dishwasher upon departure, clean off all food from kitchen utensils and cookware. Trash must be secured in a plastic bag and disposed of in the conveniently located trash chute on each floor. Please gather all bed linens and towels and leave on the bathroom floor upon departure.

FURNISHINGS: All of our rental units are privately owned and decorated to the owner’s personal taste. You may view photos of each of our units on our website. The following items are provided in our condominiums: We supply a start up supply of soap, toilet tissue, and dishwashing detergent. Please note that this is a start up kit, you will need to replenish your own supplies during your vacation. Bed and bath linens, blankets and pillows are all provided. All kitchens are fully equipped. PETS: Pets are not allowed in our units. A pet, or any evidence of a pet found on the property, that was not previously disclosed by charging you the pet fee, is cause for eviction and forfeiture of rent. If discovery of unauthorized pets is made after your departure, a penalty of $250/day plus any additional cleaning charges will be assessed.

SMOKING POLICY: Smoking is not permitted in any of our rental units. Violation of this policy is cause for eviction and forfeiture of rent. Additional cleaning charges will apply if found in violation. If there is any tobacco smell in the property after your departure, there will be a minimum $500 charge. Oil lamps and incense are not permitted due to the long-lasting odor. If these policies are violated, there will be a charge for excessive cleaning.

LEFT ITEMS: Please check carefully for belongings before you leave. Left items can be mailed to you if requested and you will be charged shipping and handling costs. PCB Beach Life Condo Rentals is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
