Designed for family gatherings, this spacious layout features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 9 guests. The first floor serves as the heart of the home, containing the living room, dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and the master bedroom with its own full bath (which also features convenient hallway access). The second floor provides three additional sleeping quarters: the second bedroom offers a queen bed and a private bathroom, the third bedroom features a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom is equipped with a twin-over-full bunk and a twin trundle. An additional bathroom is located in the second-floor hallway for guest convenience.

While the town-home is located on a peaceful street where kids can play safely, you are never far from the action. You are just shy of one mile from the sandy shores of the beach and only a few yards away from the community pool. Local restaurants are located right down the street for those nights you prefer dining out over using the kitchen.
