The master suite is a private retreat featuring a king-size bed and a private connecting bath. For additional guests, two bedrooms offer queen-size beds, while the fourth bedroom includes two twin beds, making it an ideal setup for children. For even more flexibility, a sofa sleeper is available in the living room to ensure everyone has a comfortable place to rest.

The interior is defined by an open floor plan that encourages gathering, while the outdoor spaces allow you to fully embrace the coastal air. Guests can unwind on the screened porch or relax on the patio pad. Whether you are arriving by car or bringing your vessel, the property is equipped to handle your needs with dedicated boat parking available.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all, please adhere to the following house rules: this is a non-smoking unit, and no weddings or large parties are permitted. Guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy of the unit. Additionally, please note that no one under the age of 25 is permitted to book this property.
