The townhome features a thoughtful layout designed for relaxation. The ground level consists of an open living space encompassing the living room, dining area, kitchen, and a convenient half bath. Stepping beyond the kitchen door, you will find a fenced patio perfect for outdoor dining, complete with a pergola and a ceiling fan to keep the afternoon air moving.

Sleeping arrangements are located on the second floor, consisting of 2 bedrooms and 2 beds, with a total capacity for 6 guests across 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom is a private sanctuary equipped with its own TV and full bath. Both rooms feature private decks with gulf views; Bedroom 1 offers a minimal view from a smaller deck, while Bedroom 2 opens onto a larger sundeck with furniture and more visible views of the water.

Mexico Beach is a nature lover's paradise. Guests can spot dolphins diving through waves, various sea turtles, and bird species including bald eagles, osprey, and pelicans. For those seeking activity, the area offers swimming in turquoise waters, diving, kayaking, surfing, and eco-tours. Excellent shelling is available at Crooked Island, less than 1.7 miles west on HWY 98, and a boat ramp is located less than a tenth of a mile from the property.
