The layout features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including a master bedroom with a king bed, Gulf views, and private balcony access. The second bedroom is spacious with a queen size bed, while the third bedroom offers a full size bed. For additional sleeping space, the expansive family area includes a commercial queen sleeper sofa.

While the interior boasts a well-appointed kitchen and a full-size washer and dryer, the MariSol Complex provides a wealth of fantastic community features to enhance your stay:

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Access is provided via private, keyless entry with a 4-digit code. Please note that a 21-year-old (or 25-year-old per registration guidelines) must occupy the unit during the entire stay. Pets are not allowed.

Parking: A maximum of two cars are permitted. Parking passes are not included in the reservation and must be purchased separately for $52 per pass. Please notify the host regarding the number of vehicles one week prior to arrival.

Additional Details: A $1,500 accidental damage waiver is included via Safely Insurance. Guests are provided with initial starter supplies, including dishwasher soap, laundry powder, one paper towel, and travel-size bath amenities. For those seeking long-term stays, special rates for snowbirds and travel nurses are available from November through March.
