This cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom retreat sleeps up to 4 guests and offers the perfect home base to enjoy Panama City Beach's stunning white sand and emerald waters. Relax in the casual, open-concept layout with ample seating and a dining area. Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, then step outside to the patio and enjoy the Florida sunshine. The property also provides access to a shared pool, outdoor shower, and other community amenities. Located right on the beach, The Studio is just a short walk from popular local spots like Pineapple Willys, Longboards, and Hammerhead Fred's. Enjoy shopping, golfing, and endless beachside activities during your stay. The Top of the Gulf complex is a family-friendly community with a large pool, baby pool, and seasonal snack bar. This property welcomes guests 21 and older. Upon arrival, all guests must register at the HOA office to pay the $30 resort fee. Smoking and pets are not permitted. Check-in is at 4 PM CT (5 PM during Spring Break and major holidays), and check-out is by 10 AM.
