The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, with a full bathroom conveniently located between these two rooms. The primary bedroom provides a secluded retreat at the back of the house, complete with a king bed and an en suite bathroom. There are a total of 2 bathrooms in the home.

Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. To keep the property in the best condition, there is a strict no smoking and no pets policy (which includes cats, zebras, and livestock). Firearms are not permitted on the home or surrounding property; violations of these rules will result in a $300 fine. We ask that you be respectful of the neighbors with quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM—take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway!

Please note that a Damage Waiver is included in your cleaning fee, covering unintentional interior damages up to $1,000.00. Your privacy is respected with no indoor cameras, though an external Ring doorbell camera is present for security.
