The main house contains five bedrooms, including four king suites with walk-in showers and a unique, large bunk room featuring three sets of custom-made full-size bunk beds and a dedicated game area. For added privacy, there are three additional casita bedrooms, each with a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, and private exterior entries.

The outdoor oasis is a true highlight of the property. Guests can enjoy a heated pool with Baja shelves and six in-pool chaise loungers, an inground spa, and a variety of sports courts including pickleball, a basketball half court, sand volleyball, and a bocce ball court. A covered ramada serves as a social hub, complete with an outdoor kitchen, grill, beverage fridge, and a lounge area with a 75” TV. For relaxation, there is a gas fire pit and a large turf yard perfect for private yoga or yard games like Corn Hole and Giant Connect 4.

Indoor luxury continues with high-end amenities including a movie theatre, a golf simulator room, a professional gym, and a game room. The garage even provides complimentary EV charging for your convenience.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, this home emphasizes a peaceful atmosphere. To respect the community, the backyard is monitored with decibel readers; music and shouting must be kept to a minimum, and no speakers are permitted after 10 PM. Please note that amplified speakers are prohibited at all times, and hibachi services are not allowed on the property. Parties and events are strictly forbidden, with a maximum capacity of 20 people on-site.

Practical details include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. Pool heating is available for $100 per night. For families, a child safety pool fence can be installed with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice. Exterior cameras are in place for guest safety and security.
