This bright retreat is configured with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 9 guests. The primary bedroom offers direct beach views and a King size bed with a private bath. The guest bedroom provides lagoon views and a King size bed with direct access to a semi-private bath; this room also includes a bunk bed with a twin trundle underneath. For additional sleeping space, the living room area features a super comfy double stacked air mattress.

Practical Information:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: Strictly limited to 2 vehicles per reservation. Fees are collected by the association (card only). Rates are $20/day for the first 3 days (max $60), free from day 4-7, and $5/day from day 8 onward. Winter rates (Nov-Mar) are capped at $60 per stay.
• Restrictions: No pets, no smoking, and no boats, jet skis, RVs, or trailers of any kind.
• Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent (specifically enforced March 1st to May 1st).
• Note: Beach towels are not provided.
