This spacious residence is designed for relaxation and convenience, featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. The primary bedroom boasts a king bed, custom millwork, and a private ensuite. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, custom millwork, and its own private ensuite. The third bedroom also features a king bed and custom millwork, located just across from the third bathroom which is complete with a custom tile shower.

At the heart of the home is an open living, dining, and kitchen area, which serves as a great space for relaxing after a day of exploring. For a quiet moment, step outside to the lovely courtyard, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee.

Located in the charming and lively Cannonborough/Elliotborough neighborhood, you are just one block from the restaurants, boutiques, and shops of King Street. This neighborhood is a favorite for foodies and creatives, known for its colorful homes, artisan coffee shops, and local bakeries. Within a few minutes' walk, you can visit neighborhood gems like Sugar Bakeshop, Xiao Bao Biscuit, and Holey City Bagels. For those traveling further, the airport and nearby beaches are both less than a 20-minute drive away.

House Rules & Restrictions:

• Pets: Not allowed. A $150 fee applies if pets or evidence of pets are found.
• Smoking: 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is prohibited indoors; a $300 fine applies for in-room evidence. Please smoke at least 10 feet away from the building.
• Occupancy: Per City of Charleston ordinance, the property must not be occupied by more than four unrelated people (this does not apply to families).
• Noise: A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors.
• Construction Notice: There is ongoing city and corporate construction nearby. While outside of our control, daytime noise may be noticeable.
