Situated across the second and third floors, this unique suite offers a thoughtful layout designed for relaxation. The second floor features a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an island with a breakfast bar, a living room for lounging, and a King bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Ascend to the third floor to find an open loft area containing a second King bed, a dedicated desk, and a bonus second living room. This level also hosts a bedroom with two Queen beds and a full bathroom that connects to both the bedroom and the loft. In total, the suite provides 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests.

The neighborhood is extremely safe and convenient to all major tourist attractions. Guests can utilize the free DASH Trolley nearby for trips around downtown or easily access Uber and Lyft.

• Parking: Complimentary city-issued street parking passes for one vehicle are available upon request.
• Rules: No parties or events. Pets are not allowed.
• Access: Entry is via an electronic door lock with a unique guest code.
• Important Notes: This home is divided into three separate suites (A, B, and C) that are not internally connected. Suite B requires the use of stairs. Please be aware that the home is not child-proofed, and families with infants or children do so at their own risk. For security, four exterior cameras and decibel-only noise monitors are present on the property. Baby gear rentals are available for an additional fee.
