The villa is designed for comfort and versatility, featuring one bedroom and one bathroom. Sleeping arrangements include a queen bed equipped with a smart TV, two small bunks tucked behind a privacy door for the kids, and a queen sleeper sofa to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.

While the structured amenities list is limited, you can enjoy several room-specific comforts and complex features described by the owners. Inside, the home offers a fully stocked kitchen ready for home-cooked meals, central air, and fast WiFi. For entertainment, the villa provides two smart TVs with a variety of streaming apps including HBO, Max basic, ESPN, Disney+, Hulu, Fox One, AMC+, and Peacock.

Guests have access to a wealth of onsite facilities within the Seaside gated complex, including a swimming pool, beach showers, a sundeck, and a BBQ/picnic area. Gated beach access is located conveniently in the middle of the property.

Located in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, the villa is situated just far enough away to avoid overcrowded sands. You are only about two blocks from Coligny Plaza and the Lowcountry Celebration Park, which is right across the street and offers bands and activities for both adults and children. The area is within a short walk of various shops, restaurants, and local entertainment.

• Parking: Only one parking permit is issued per stay. Only one parking spot may be occupied; while some spots under the building hold two vehicles, all parking is first-come, first-served. Please do not block other vehicles.
• Restrictions: No pets are allowed (POA fines $500/day). Service Animals require paperwork filed with the POA up to 30 days in advance; ESAs are not approved. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the villa or within 30 feet of the building. Motorcycles, trailers, RVs, and golf carts are prohibited in the parking lot.
