• House Rules: Pets are not allowed.
• Important Note: The Commons (the lobby building) is currently under construction and unavailable to guests; it is scheduled to open as a bar and restaurant in fall 2026.
• Cancellation Policy: 50% refund if cancelled more than 90 days prior to arrival; no refund for cancellations within 90 days.
