Located just steps from Armstrong Park and only three blocks from the French Quarter, the property sits on land steeped in nearly three centuries of history. The surrounding Treme neighborhood, the first free African American neighborhood in the United States, offers a unique connection to the birthplace of jazz. Guests can explore the nearby iconic bricked facades and Creole cottages that define the architectural heritage of the area.

Practical Information: Check-in is available starting at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. For parking, free spaces are available on St. Philip Street and metered spots can be found along Rampart Street. Additionally, spaces in the gated on-site lot can be reserved in advance for $25 per vehicle per night, plus tax, subject to availability. Please note that The Commons lobby building is currently under construction and unavailable; it is scheduled to open as a chef-driven bar and restaurant in fall 2026.

Cancellation Policy: A 50% refund of total booking charges is provided for cancellations made more than 90 days prior to arrival. No refunds are issued for cancellations made within 90 days of the arrival date.
