The purpose of this document is to itemize the “House Rules” referenced in the “Short Term Vacation Rental Usage Agreement.” Abiding by these rules and all terms and conditions of the “Short Term Vacation Rental Usage Agreement” is a condition for booking. Breaking any of the “House Rules” may result in termination of the rental agreement and/or immediate removal from the premises without refund at the sole discretion of the host. The reservation holder is responsible for ensuring that any/all of their group members, associates, invitees, etc. are aware of and abide by these rules during the entirety of their stay.
Basic House Rules
No parties or events of any kind are permitted, and may result in additional fines;
The Premises may only be used for personal accommodation purposes.
No more than the stated maximum capacity may visit or occupy the Premises at any one time;
Any guest not on the original reservation may not stay at the Premises overnight.
The person named in the booking and signing this Agreement is responsible for the conduct of all guests and occupants in the Premises during the term of occupancy.
The person named in the booking and signing this Agreement acknowledges that they are responsible for all damages defined in the Damage Protection Policy as well as fines and consequences outlined in Schedule A attached to the Agreement.
No pets unless approved in advance by the Host. Please refer to Pet Policy.
No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the Premises;
No excessive noise, please see below for details pertaining to the noise ordinance and regulations.
No illegal substances or activities.
No dangerous or hazardous items.
Possession of Firearms on the Premises is strictly prohibited.
Trash may only be placed in bins and barrels, presence of trash outside these designated areas or on the property is prohibited.
Additional Rules
Damage. Any damage to the Premises and possessions may result in additional fines. Guests are responsible for doing a walkthrough and reporting any damage upon check-in.
Tampering with noise alert monitoring systems or security equipment, on site to ensure guest safety, will result in immediate removal from premises and the imposition of additional fines.
Trash. All trash must be taken out and placed in trash bins, the location of which will be disclosed in your check in instructions. If the trash bins are full, please place full trash bags near the kitchen door and please contact our Guest Communication Team. A member of our Property Management team will take care of the full barrels.
Houseware. All dirty cookware and dishes must be placed in the dishwasher and turned on upon departure.
Pool. If there is a pool and/or hot tub on the premises, the reservation holder and all group members, invitees, and associates understand and accept that they are swimming at their own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. Children should never be left unattended in/by the pool. No alcoholic beverages may be consumed next to the pool. No tampering with pool or outdoor equipment.
Noise Rules. Please respect the local noise ordinance, guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times. Thank you for helping to keep good relations with our neighbors!
Indoor noise levels must be kept below 70 dBA at all times. Outdoor noise levels must be kept strictly under 60 dBA at all times. Music and/or excessive noise outdoors must be kept to a respectful minimum at all times. Outdoor music is not permitted after 9:00 pm.
Local neighborhood quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am.
Guests will not be given a refund for issues related to noise ordinance violations.
Any visit from property management based on a noise violation may result in additional fines.
Authority Involvement. Any visit from the local police due to violation of House Rules or the Usage Agreement may result in immediate removal without refund.
Pulling Fire Alarm in Non-Emergency. If a Guest or any member of the rental party pulls the fire alarm at the Premises in a non-emergency situation, the Host will assess a fine and guests may be removed from the Premises without refund.
Subletting. Subletting the property is expressly prohibited.
Guest Mail or Packages. Should you choose to mail or ship a package to this address, please note that you do so at your own risk, and are responsible for its safe arrival. We are not responsible for mail or packages delivered to the property.
