Bedroom 1 features a queen bed with smart TV and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo. Bedroom 2 includes a twin-over-full bunkbed perfect for kids, plus smart TV. Bedroom 3 offers another queen bed and smart TV. Additional guests can relax on the full-size sofa sleeper in the living room.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM. Pet fee is $40 per night for up to 2 pets total. Parking passes provided upon arrival - strictly enforced with no trailers, boats, or RVs permitted. Additional vehicle storage available at On the Beach RV Park for $7 per day or $70 per month. The primary guest must be 25+ years old with at least one guest 25+ present throughout the entire stay. Long-term Winter Texan stays welcome with special monthly rates November through February.
