The full bathroom is thoughtfully designed with a separate shower and stool, along with extra counter space next to the sink to ensure everyone can get ready for the day with ease. Throughout the unit, ceramic tiles keep the interior cool regardless of the Texas heat, while a ceiling fan ensures you remain comfortable.

Living and dining areas are seamlessly integrated to maximize the space. A dining table with four chairs provides a cozy spot for meals or a friendly game of cards, while two comfortable armchairs face a wall-mounted flat-screen TV for relaxing evenings. The kitchen is well-appointed with granite counters, essential appliances, utensils, and dishes. Please note that there is no dishwasher in the unit.

Please bring your own k-cups for the coffee maker. Pets are not allowed. Parking passes are provided for one vehicle only; all vehicles require a pass. While the property is golf cart accessible, all golf carts must be parked in the overflow parking area without exception. For safety, no grilling is permitted within 20 feet of any building.
