Turn off lights & appliances when leaving/not in use.

Clean spills and messes when they occur.

No Pets Allowed unless otherwise specified in the listing. Keep ALL animals crated when not with them. Put them on leashes to go outside. You will be responsible for all damage, stains or otherwise cause by any animal brought to the property. If the animal is not authorized your stay may be terminated without refund.

No one is allowed at property other than approved guests on the reservation.

Do Not Damage the property, furniture, contents, etc. Check for damage upon arrival. All damage done prior to your check-in must be disclosed to us within 3 hours of checking in via message and send picture(s) of damage. If something gets damaged during your stay notify us immediately.

Check Out Procedures:

1. Strip all USED beds, leave on beds.
2. Place all USED towels in Laundry Machine and Start The Washing Machine (Detergent is under or next to the sink in the bathroom with the laundry machines).
3. Place all garbage & Recycling in the appropriate bins outside near the driveway.
4. Start a load of dishes or wash all dishes, dishwasher detergent is located under the sink.
5. Turn off lights, window A/C units, all appliances, turn down heat to 65F (Winter), turn OFF A/C units.
6. Sign out of any TV services you may have signed into.

You may have to vacate the property prior to the end of your reservation if you Violate of any of the rules, policies, or procedures. In addition, violations of the house rules or procedures will result in a $100 fine per violation (or more if specified) or unfollowed procedure PLUS any addition cost (including but not limited to, repairs, replacement costs, additional cleaning fees)

Reservations made outside of the Airbnb platform will require rental conditions to be agreed to prior to receiving check in instructions. Access to the home will not be granted without this.
