For additional flexibility, a futon-style twin-sized sofa bed is available. The primary suite is a true standout, boasting an ensuite bathroom with a luxury standalone tub, dual vanity, and a walk-in closet.

Entertainment is at the heart of this home. Guests can enjoy a dedicated game area equipped with air hockey, ping pong, and foosball, as well as a poker set and various board games. For those who prefer the outdoors, the private backyard features a spacious lawn, patio seating, and a charcoal BBQ grill, alongside cornhole, soccer goals, and football. Pets are welcome for an additional fee. To maintain the property, the lawn care team visits every other week and may be seen working outside during your stay. For non-Airbnb/HVMB bookings, a $10 non-refundable processing fee and a refundable $500 security deposit are required, along with an independent verification process and a signed Release and Waiver of Liability Agreement.
