• Rules: No smoking, no pets, and no parties or events are permitted.
• Occupancy & Guests: Maximum occupancy is 3 guests, including children. Day visitors are not allowed.
• Age Requirement: The renting party must be 23 years or older (unless a parent/guardian is present for the entire stay).
• Important: A signed rental agreement via DocuSign and full payment are required prior to receiving check-in details. Guests must use provided parking permits to avoid towing.
