Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. In-season (Memorial Day to Labor Day), 7-night Saturday-to-Saturday reservations are generally accepted, though alternatives may be available upon request. A 3-night minimum is required from Labor Day to Memorial Day. Per HOA policy, the primary guest must be at least 25 years old and occupy the property for the entire stay. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the condo and on the balcony. Pets are not allowed. Trailer parking is prohibited. Personal golf carts must be registered with the resort office prior to arrival, and motorcycle parking is restricted to designated areas.
