Perched on the 22nd floor, this expansive 2,600 sq. ft. suite features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and accommodates up to 8 guests. Sleeping arrangements include one king bed, one queen bed, two full beds, and a sleeper sofa, providing ample space for families and groups.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Per HOA policy, the guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and must occupy the property for the entire stay. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the condo and on the balcony. Pets are not allowed. Trailer parking is not permitted, and motorcycles must use designated parking areas. Please note that guests have access to Margate Tower water amenities but not to the 78 Fitness or Embassy Suites Splash Park. In-season (Memorial Day to Labor Day), Saturday-to-Saturday 7-night reservations are generally accepted, with a 3-night minimum available upon request.
