Level 2 EV charging is available (fees apply). Please note that the resort requires an ePass for access, which will be sent to your provided email after booking. To access the water park, simply visit the resort Welcome Center for wristbands.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets are not allowed
• No smoking or smoking-like activities inside the house ($1,000 fine plus remediation costs)
• Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, ATVs, and boats are only permitted temporarily for loading/unloading; towing is not allowed
• A security camera monitors the front door and driveway for guest safety
