Respect your fellow housemates and their belongings. This includes keeping common areas clean and tidy, not disturbing others with loud noises or late-night activities, and respecting each person's right to privacy.

Follow the rules regarding the use of shared facilities, such as the kitchen, laundry room, and common areas. This includes washing dishes after use, not leaving dirty laundry lying around, and not monopolizing shared facilities for extended periods of time.

Please store food on your designated shelf, marked with your color. Any items left outside your shelf or on the countertop will be moved to a box in the garage during weekly cleaning. Check the box for misplaced items. Unclaimed items left for over a week will be discarded.

Report any maintenance or repair issues to the host in a timely manner. This helps to ensure that any problems are addressed quickly and efficiently.

No illegal activities or substances are allowed on the premises.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

No parties or events are allowed in the house. Please respect our home and neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum.

Keep the noise level down after 9 PM to respect your fellow housemates' need for rest and relaxation.

To respect the privacy of other guests, visitors are not allowed.

If you plan to be away for an extended period of time, please let the host know.

Please treat the shared house as if it were your own home and respect the space and belongings of others.

Guests are welcome to unwind in their own way, including having a drink, as long as their behavior remains respectful, safe, and non-disruptive. While the vast majority of guests are wonderful, on very rare occasions someone’s actions may disturb or make others uncomfortable. In those uncommon cases where a guest’s behavior causes another guest to end their stay early, the responsible guest may be charged for the cost of the lost nights. Repeated or serious issues may result in being asked to leave without a refund. Our priority is to maintain a safe, calm, and respectful environment for everyone.
