The sleeping arrangements include a plush queen bed in the primary bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living area, though please note that living room space is limited when the sofa sleeper is extended.

Inside this 300-square-foot space, you will find brand new luxury vinyl flooring designed for easy cleanup after a day in the outdoors. The refurbished kitchenette is fully equipped for quick meals between ski runs, featuring a mini fridge, stovetop, oven, microwave, and all necessary cooking and dining utensils. For entertainment, the unit offers two smart TVs—one in the bedroom and one by the plush sofa. The bathroom is equally updated with a stylish vanity sink, granite countertop, and a tiled shower/tub combination. To keep your gear organized, the unit provides a spacious dresser, a full-sized closet with ample shelving, and strategically placed hooks, complemented by a personal ski locker located directly outside the unit.

Guests have access to a unique shared lobby modeled after retro ski lodges, featuring a 360-degree gas firepit, a pool table, and a renovated game room with foosball and ping pong. Outside the lobby, you can relax in two large community hot tubs or utilize the gas grill. Please be aware that Park Meadows is currently undergoing exciting property enhancements through November 1; during this time, the game room, ice machine, laundry facilities, and select lodging amenities may be temporarily unavailable, and guests may notice some daytime construction noise.

Practical details include contactless check-in via keyless entry. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Parking is permitted for 1 vehicle. Pets are not allowed. All primary communication during your stay is handled via SMS or WhatsApp to ensure a seamless experience.
