The sleeping arrangements include a plush queen-sized bed and a sofa sleeper, allowing the space to accommodate up to 4 guests. Please note that while the unit can sleep four, it is ideal for two, as the living room space is limited when the sofa sleeper is extended.

The interior is thoughtfully appointed with sumptuous furnishings and ample storage and hooks for all your mountain gear. For entertainment, the space includes a 40-inch flat-screen TV. The well-appointed kitchenette is a haven for the home cook, featuring stainless steel appliances, a chic black and white backsplash, a ceramic glass cooktop, compact stove, full-sized fridge/freezer, microwave, and coffee maker. The recently remodeled bathroom serves as a sanctuary to rejuvenate your senses, offering a sleek vanity, new sink, and a relaxing tub and shower combination.

Outside your door, the Park Meadows complex offers a variety of shared experiences. The expansive lobby features a grand 360-degree gas firepit, while the gaming areas provide a pool table, ping pong, and foosball. You can elevate your relaxation with a therapeutic soak in one of the two large on-site hot tubs or enjoy the communal grill and idyllic picnic table situated beside a tranquil mountain stream that meanders through the property.

Practical details include contactless check-in via keyless entry. Parking is available for 1 vehicle. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. Please be aware that Park Meadows is currently undergoing property enhancements through November 1; consequently, the game room, ice machine, laundry facilities, and select amenities may be temporarily unavailable, and guests may notice some daytime construction noise.
