This third-floor condo is accessed via a central elevator and has been completely remodeled to offer a cozy feel with contemporary mountain furnishings. The living space is centered around a leather couch and a stunning river rock hearth with a new ledger stone faced gas fireplace, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. For entertainment, guests can enjoy a wall-mounted 65" flat screen TV. The property also features a private balcony, providing a peaceful spot to breathe in the mountain air.

The sleeping arrangements are designed for comfort and flexibility, accommodating up to 4 guests. The master bedroom features a plush king bed, while the living area includes a queen sleeper for additional guests. The unit includes 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.
