• Check-in is at 4:00 PM via a contactless keypad; check-out is at 10:00 AM.
• Pets are welcome (maximum 2) with an additional fee of $70 + tax for one pet or $140 + tax for two.
• A mid-stay cleaning is required for stays longer than 15 days, incurring a fee of $150.
• Please note this home does not have air conditioning.
• 4-wheel drive is highly recommended during winter months (December–March). Guests should monitor snow removal signs to avoid parking violations.

Being immersed in nature means you may encounter local wildlife and insects; we ask that doors remain securely closed.
