• Mid-stay cleaning required for stays longer than 15 days ($150 fee)
• Warning: Due to the historic nature of the building, poor insulation can lead to cold temperatures in winter. Space heaters, electric baseboard heaters, and extra blankets are provided. Guardians must ensure children do not touch baseboard heaters to avoid burns.
