Important Guest Information: Guests must be 25 years or older to book. Up to 2 dogs allowed for $125 per stay (crate-trained only, no cats). Pool heating available for $125/night with 3-day advance notice. Parking accommodates 8 vehicles maximum. Check-in at 4pm, check-out at 10am. No parties permitted. Guest verification required within 48 hours of booking, including a non-refundable $55 damage waiver and signed rental agreement with valid ID and matching credit card. Exterior security camera monitors cleaning team activities only.
