2026 Closure Notice: The hot tub will be closed June 7 – August 23, 2026, and the pool will be closed June 7 – June 16, 2026, while the HOA constructs a new hot tub. These dates are subject to change.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets allowed: One well-behaved dog welcome; $40/night pet fee (max $250). No cats allowed. Pet fee must be paid before check-in. Please notify us upon booking if you are bringing a dog.
• Parking: 2-car garage, driveway for up to 4 additional vehicles (or 2 vehicles with trailers), and nearby trailer parking for larger rigs
• Exterior security camera present for safety purposes
• Stays over 30 days require a mid-stay clean; longer stays require cleaning every 30 days (additional guest expense)
• Smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher on premises
