Pet fee is $125 per stay (crate-trained dogs only, no cats). A non-refundable $55 damage waiver and guest verification process are required within 48 hours of booking. The property features exterior security cameras and noise monitoring for neighbor respect. Parking accommodates four vehicles maximum. No parties permitted - grounds for immediate termination.
