About Property

Discover a chic Scottsdale retreat where modern elegance meets desert serenity. This stunning 5-bedroom home is designed as the ultimate base for your Arizona adventure, perfectly suited for families or groups of couples who value both shared experiences and personal privacy.

Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed for maximum comfort. The home features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 16 guests. Four of the bedrooms feature king-sized beds—meaning four couples can enjoy a real bed and a door that closes. Bedroom 1 is a primary suite with a smart TV, desk, backyard access, and an ensuite bath featuring a free-standing tub and walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 also offers backyard access and a full bath. For the kids or additional guests, Bedroom 5 provides two full-over-full bunk beds along with board and card games. Every bedroom is equipped with its own smart TV.

The interior is built for entertainment and relaxation. A chef's kitchen comes fully stocked with high-end stainless appliances, a Keurig, and a drip coffee maker. The living room is centered around an indoor fireplace and a 65-inch smart TV, while a dedicated game area features a pool table and foosball. For those needing to stay connected, high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace are available.

Step outside to a spectacular resort-style backyard. The space is anchored by a massive sport court for basketball and pickleball, complemented by a putting green, cornhole, and ladder golf. Guests can lounge by the heated pool and hot tub, grill on the BBQ, or gather around the outdoor fire pit. A covered patio provides the perfect setting for al fresco dining.

Located in the heart of a prime Scottsdale zip code, you are minutes away from the McDowell Sonoran Preserve for hiking, the thrills of Big Surf Waterpark, and the eclectic galleries and dining of Old Town Scottsdale.
